Information on this preview

When you send the quote form, your name, phone, email, project address, project choices, and notes are stored privately in Supabase. Selected images are stored in Cloudflare R2. We use these details to review and follow up on your inquiry and protect the form against abuse. Resend sends a notification to the developer. Customer accounts and analytics are not used. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Unsent answers and images stay in page memory until you leave or reload.

Browser storage and request logs

The application does not set analytics cookies or save quote drafts in browser storage. DigitalOcean and network providers may process IP addresses, browser details, and request/security logs to deliver and protect the site. Inquiry text and photos are not intentionally included in application logs, page URLs, or analytics.

When you contact us

Phone and email links use your phone or email application. If you contact the developer, the contact information and message you send are handled through those communication services. Please do not send sensitive documents through the demonstration.

Hosting and service providers

DigitalOcean hosts the site. Supabase stores quote records and Cloudflare R2 stores private image derivatives; images are decoded and re-encoded without location metadata. Resend processes notification emails, including contact and project information. Image access requires the operator’s Cloudflare account. Providers may keep operational, security, and backup records under their own retention policies.

The scheduled cleanup is configured to remove accepted inquiry content and images after 90 days, and abandoned attempts after 24 hours. It keeps an opaque reference and keyed request fingerprint to prevent duplicate retries, without the inquiry content or images. Email notifications remain in the developer’s mailbox until deleted; the developer reviews and deletes these after 90 days. Contact the developer to request earlier deletion.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact [email protected] about information you have sent to the developer, or to request access, correction, or deletion. Include your quote reference if available; do not send identity documents. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.

Before public launch

This notice will be updated to reflect the business contact, active processors, quote/photo handling, and agreed retention policy before the site begins accepting customer submissions.
